This project is a contemporary interpretation of the classic coastal vernacular, designed to maximize its commanding position over a rolling, scenic landscape with distant ocean views. The architecture combines traditional comfort with modern resilience, creating a durable and highly livable family home.

The aesthetic is defined by its clean, timeless palette: a striking standing-seam metal roof in grey provides resilience against the elements, complementing the mix of crisp white shiplap siding and grey shingle accents on the gables.
